The building itself has that classic Central European charm, and being on the second floor means you get lovely street views without the noise that sometimes comes with ground-level accommodations.

You’re literally steps away from the famous colonnades and hot springs — I mean, you can practically roll out of bed and be sipping mineral water within minutes. The Mill Colonnade is just around the corner, and those gorgeous Art Nouveau buildings that make this town so photogenic? They’re your neighbors. What Our Guests Say
We loved spending a few hours at Saunia, the nearby spa and a morning trip to Loket by city bus. The location and the hot tub in the room. The decor was simple and tasteful.
What could be improved: The entrance and the bathroom have the same floor tiles, and there is a tiny step that is difficult to see. We tripped a couple of times. It needs a piece of wood or something else that alerts to the slight change in levels. The stairs, hallway, and kitchen need renovation, but we are sure that the owner already knows and is renovating the space beautifully, as they can invest in the property.
Luxury appartment with all the comforts you need Amazing appartment, with a beautiful badtub inside the bedroom, high ceilings with chandeliers and comfortable furnishings. This is the place to stay if you want a luxury and private place to explore Karlsbad. The price is incredible for the quality you get.
What could be improved: The entry and hallway of the building the appartment is in looks a bit dated. The appartment itself however is obviously recently modernised. The appartment is located in the city part of Karlsbad, so not in the retreat part. You can however go to the retreat part very easily by a few minutes drive.
Awesome relaxing experience The apartment was spacious, super clean and very nice aesthetic, lovely enterior design.
Bed was super comfortable, slept like a baby. The bathtab is working and we did not have time to use it but would love to come back for it ))

What could be improved: We didn't get the instructions before arrival, so we were looking for the apartment for an hour. There was no place to leave our suitcases after check-out.

Girls trip The apartment was clean and very comfortable, we had a very good time there. We were 5 girls making a wellness trip together and the apartment was the perfect base for enjoying the evening and mornings there.
Stylish and super comfortable apartment in the center of KV with a caring hostess We loved verything about our stay at the apartment! The hostess was wonderful, made us feel very welcome, even let us check in several hours earlier. The apartment is a beautiful two bedroom place in an apartment building in the historical center of Karlovy Vary. It had been renovated with style, attention was paid to every detail to make the place very comfortable yet recreate the air of the old times. Super tall ceilings with the remains of the original plaster contrast with smooth white walls and give the place the air of an old Roman villa. A bathtub with legs is the center piece of one of the bedrooms. Stylish glass heaters keep the place nicely warm and the beds are super comfortable. The apartment and the whole neighborhood is absolutely quiet at night, no city sounds come through. Great restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Free parking nearby. Walking distance toThermal Hotel, shopping and all the attractions. Could not have been better.
Fantastic accommodation in a good neighborhood! It was a spacious and modernized apartment in zone 1 of Karlovy Vary. Easily accessible by car.
The apartment is bright in color and has the right atmosphere, which feels very nice and homey for a traveler.
Loved the service and the advice to get some coffee at Pinky Boyz!
What could be improved: What could be improved is a little more storage space in the kitchen, so that things like cups and glasses are a more out of sight.
