There’s a little grocery store practically around the corner (locals shop there, which is always a good sign), and you can easily walk to both the fancy spa hotels and the more authentic Czech restaurants without needing taxis or public transport. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, just doing the apartment-hotel thing really well. I mean, for a 3-star place in Karlovy Vary, you could definitely do worse.
