Check-in was smooth, and they spoke excellent English, which honestly isn’t a given everywhere in this part of the Czech Republic. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s the kind of place where small things are done right, from having proper hangers in the closets to providing local recommendations that aren’t just the obvious tourist traps.
