The studio setup works perfectly if you’re not planning to spend much time indoors anyway. I actually appreciated having a kitchenette because, let’s be real, you can only drink so much mineral water and eat so many spa wafers before you crave something normal. Plus, there’s a little market just around the corner on Tržiště where locals shop, so you can grab actual groceries instead of tourist-priced snacks.
What really sells this place is the location knowledge you get from staying here. You’re close enough to hear the morning bustle when the day-trippers start arriving around 9 AM, but far enough from the main colonnade that you won’t have tour groups gathering outside your window at dawn. The walk to the hot springs takes maybe three minutes – I timed it because I’m weird like that – and you’ll pass this little bakery that does incredible koláče if you’re up early enough. Honestly, the best part might be watching Karlovy Vary transform after 6 PM when the day buses leave and the town becomes this totally different, quieter place. That’s when you realize why people have been coming here to unwind for centuries, and why staying overnight instead of doing a day trip actually matters. The whole area has this old-world spa town energy that you just can’t rush through, and Michal’s studio gives you the perfect base to soak it all in without breaking the bank.

Wonderful Geweldige locatie en modern appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Lichtplan in het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Heel gaaf de sterrenhemel.
What could be improved: Schoonmaak had iets beter gekund, maar misschien lag dat aan ons, omdat we eerder wilden inchecken en de schoonmaakster nog bezig was.

Ideal für alle, die urbanes Leben in vollen Zügen genießen möchten, ohne auf Ruhe verzichten zu müssen.
Exceptional Úžasný, moderně zrekonstruovaný apartmán přímo naproti dokonalé.. Poměr cena/výkon 10/10. Velmi rozumná cena za tento krásný apartmán. Určitě vřele doporučuji.

Very Good The appartment is very central, everything is walkable. It is renovated and well decorated. super clean. Contacts with host was easy et fast.
What could be improved: As mentionned by many before me, the appartment lacks place to put your stuff in the bathroom. There is no towel holders so you have to dry them on chair in the living room etc. No toilet paper holder either so it sit on the counter which is already small. Only 2 hangers total for your clothes. No rack to dry the dishes.
This make the appartment beautiful but non fonctionnal is you stay for more than one day.
Wonderful We stayed here for a weekend as a family 2 + 2. The location was superb - in central Karlovy Vary and the apartment in general was excellent. Everything was fresh and clean and the apartment was nicely decorated and finished. The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in was nice and easy. Would really recommend it as an affordable place to stay and explore from.
What could be improved: The headroom on the top mezzanine floor was a bit tight, but I'm being picky!
Exceptional A fantastic stay in luxurious and modern apartments right in the heart of Karlovy Vary, just steps away from the city’s iconic colonnade. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything about this place exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city!
romantic Karlovy Vary the location is perfect. beautiful modern style of the apartment. romantic view from the windows on the first floor. Big tv. Nice lighting in general,especially the night sky ceiling. I had a problem with the tv control and I text the owni. I had an fast reply and help over the matter. also helping us with the check in.
What could be improved: the biggest problem we had was the natural light from outside during day hours and the light post lights in the night. the windows have blindfolds that cover 30% (approximately)of the light. then there are (or I should say aren't) the curtains. on the right wind it's just a very tiny curtain that does absolutely nothing. on the left window beside the bed we have a larger but still insufficient curtain to cover the lights form outside (I have uploaded some photos of them) so if you want dark environment to sleep and not to wake up from the first light of the day then I won't recommend. I see the same problem in other reviews of the apartment like 4-5 months ago and still they're not doing anything. also the problem stay's the same as in other reviews for the absence of towel holders on the bathroom,the absence of shampoo and body wash. I send a text the night before the check out asking if it is possible to check out an hour later. still waiting to be answered.
