Very good Breakfast is included, we like that. Importantly, there are enough parking spots available. Walking distance to the cîty center.

Very Good Nice terrasse to enoy the warm summerdays. The room was quiet and big enough. Nice view out of the window.
What could be improved: The bread which was served for breakfast was a bit old.
A quiet and enjoyable stay. Simple, clean, and comfortable accommodations for a less demanding traveler. Good location with a short walk down into the heart of the city. Friendly staff, plenty of privacy. Very nice breakfast with a lot of options.
What could be improved: The whole property could benefit from an overall renovation and more stylish approach to the decor, but we saw photos of the rooms before we booked so we were not surprised by what we found when we arrived.

Amazing host A
The host is a really lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble with an ‘only to willing to help’ approach.We had a choice and went for an attic room which may have been a bit of a mistake it was fairly small but then I do not know what the other room was like. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Aside of the eggs there is no hot option but that should not be an issue. Our room was clean (our number one concern). The mattress on the bed was well worn which was not a problem for me (I only weigh in at a fraction over 57 kg) but for bigger people they might want a more supportive mattress for the night. Much of the fixtures and fittings were old but serviceable that said the whole place could really do with a complete revamp and refit it is looking very tired. The car parking is extremely useful and walking into town is really easy just cross the road and walk straight down. Coming back is a little more challenging but still pretty easy. TheTV is small but we had no call to use it (interestingly there is not one English speaking channel available so that is USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and great swathes of Africa and the far east who as English speaking tourists are not catered for, this is common in the Czech Republic). We had a pleasant enough stay and all in all it was reasonable for the price and location.
