The building sits right in the heart of Karlovy Vary, and you can immediately tell why couples rave about this place. There’s something intimate about the setup that makes it feel less like a hotel and more like you’re staying in someone’s beautifully designed city apartment.
Location That Actually Matters
You know what’s great about this spot? You’re literally steps away from the main colonnade, but you don’t have to deal with the tourist chaos right outside your window. I mean, the location score of 9.0 isn’t just marketing fluff — you can walk to the hot springs in about three minutes, and the shops along Tržiště are right around the corner. The thermal baths at Mill Colonnade are so close you’ll probably end up going twice in one day (trust me on this one).

Loved the apartment, would rent again Excellent apartment on the top floor of a modern house which is located in a quiet area. Beautiful view of the trees and the city.

What could be improved: It was a little dirty in the bathroom.
The house is under reconstruction, at 9am they started drilling the walls.
Spacious apartment ideal for traveling families or extended stays in Karlovy Vary. Property was exactly as advertised online: Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and very accommodating for a family with young kids.
Our travel timeline changed and I ended up arriving 3 hours later than I'd anticipated, but the host had been in contact with me through the day and there was no problem. He met me on the street, showed me where to park, and gave me the keys.

Exceptional Big comfortable apartment with all needed goods available, even toys for kids, very nice view on the mountain from the living room, available separate toilet what is quite convenient when you travel with friends, all required appliances available in the kitchen, close location to the center (just keep in mind that apartment is located on the hill and although it takes only 7-10 mins to get to the center, you need to walk downhill and back which require some physical efforts :) ) .

If you are looking for a comfortable stay near the city center, this place will fit your expectations Very nice views, comfortable apartment with all things needed for family stay, including infant things, nice personnel
What could be improved: Nothing
Highly recommend Everything was perfect. The apartment is so spacious and bright that we didn't want to leave it 😁 The panoramic window was a special pearl (there's a coffee machine in the apartment, so you can enjoy the view, sipping latte). There were also lots of toys, and our toddler immediately loved the baby stroller.
All the cutlery and dishes, as well as some cooking stuff like salt, are present, which is a big plus.
What could be improved: Just something to keep in mind -- Although the location is in close proximity to the colonnades (600-900 m), it is uphill, so you will have to go down and up, and the road is not particularly good for strollers.
Exceptional Everything was great. From the host to the location and facilities. Greatly rexommend this apartment to stay.
