The building sits right on Vřídelní street, which honestly couldn’t be more central if it tried. This four-star property has that refined European apartment feel rather than your typical hotel setup, and couples seem to absolutely love it here (the ratings don’t lie on that front).

What you’re getting is essentially a well-appointed two-bedroom apartment that feels more like staying at a sophisticated friend’s place than a standard hotel room. The layout actually works brilliantly for couples who want space to spread out — you know how hotel rooms can feel cramped after a few days. The furnishings strike that sweet spot between modern comfort and respecting the historic character of the area. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just functional, and there’s enough room to actually unpack and settle in properly.

Here’s the thing about the location — it’s not just good, it’s practically perfect. You can roll out of bed and be at the Vřídlo spring (that’s the big geyser one) in about two minutes on foot. I’ve stayed in other parts of Karlovy Vary, and honestly, you end up walking back to this area constantly anyway — so why not just stay here from the start?

Very Good
Would definitely go there again in the future! Very spacious and a lot of sunlight! We had a great view and the location was perfect, you can easily walk to the centre and there are a lot of restaurants and bars close by.
The beds were very comfy and the rooms are decorated very homey! The host is also a very kind and understanding lady :)
What could be improved: There were a lot of spiders and dust on the walls :/

What could be improved: Der rauschende Fluss gleich neben dem Gebäude...
Es fehlt ein Schrank, indem die Bettwäsche, Bettdecken, Handtücher, etc. gelagert werden. Vieles war in Kommode oder Kleiderschrank untergebracht, so dass man seinen eigenen Kram nicht einräumen konnte.
Very Good Die Lage dieses Apartments war wunderbar- ganz im Zentrum in der Nähe von allem, außer von Supermärkten. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und eine geräumige Wohnküche boten viel Platz für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Woche. Die Wohnung war gemütlich warm und hell. Es war sehr ruhig, bis auf den plätschernden Fluss vor dem Haus. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Möblierung der Wohnung war modern und geschmackvoll.
What could be improved: Die Ausstattung der eigentlich sehr guten Küche mit Töpfen, Porzellan und Kochgeschirr hätte besser sein können (Toaster wäre prima gewesen). Die Schlafzimmer ließen sich nur wenig verdunkeln.
Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einem guten Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kann das Apartment empfehlen.
Overall it didn't meet expectations. The location was excellent, in the very center of the old city, with a beautiful view of the river and historical houses. Lots of restaurants, shops, and cultural destinations nearby, and at the same time, it is quiet at night. The apartment has a fairly fresh modern renovation, with everything for a comfortable short-term stay.
What could be improved: 1. Spiders, big and small. Including the bedrooms, right next to the bed.
2. The water in the shower stall does not drain. It is very uncomfortable to take a shower.
3. The bed linen was very cheap and smelled damp, it was unpleasant to sleep.
4. There were food residues in the dishwasher that stank badly. We done the cleaning ourselves, although it was supposed to be done by the cleaning service before renting out the apartment.
5. The check-in assistant was late and not very friendly (she read the message about the lack of bed linen later on, and did not respond so we had to connect with the host directly via Booking messages).

Spacious apartment with a nice view, directly in spa area The apartment is situated close to the Kolonada and very close to many cafes and restaurants. Teo bedrooms and a living room are spacious and have everything what you need for a few days of your stay in Karlovy Vary. Wonderful view from the window and a sound of a river that accompanies you day and night. Very close to the attractions of Karlovy Vary. Very friendy owner and a nice and fast communication with him.
What could be improved: No parking place close to the apartment. And no possibility to unpack your luggage in front of the building, because you need a special permission to enter the spa area.
There is no heating in the toilet, which is separated from the bathroom with the shower and sink.
The second floor without the lift was not a problem to us but can be problematic for older people.
